Beta Update Notes - December 1, 2019

A beta update has been released, it includes:

[UI]

• The settings and credits menus are now enabled (In future updates, the settings and credits user interface will be redesigned).
• Momentum stage effects can now be adjusted in the settings to the following:
  • Full - Enables all the effects.
  • Moderate - Disables the glow effect.
  • Minimal - Disables the glow and grayscale.
  • Disabled - Disables all the effects.
• Screen size options only work for the PC build (except full-screen).
• The current message on the message board has been slightly changed. 
• Minimal changes to the logo for proper scale-ability.

[Misc]

• Back-end variable for the platform target has been set, at the moment it does nothing.
