Threads of Tomot Update 0.2.99
A note from the Devs:
Update 0.2.99 is arriving a bit earlier than planned, and we decided to release it ahead of 0.3 for a couple of important reasons. First, we wanted to address several game-breaking bugs as soon as possible to ensure a smoother experience for everyone. And second, since we’ll be showcasing Threads of Tomot at the Level_UY event in Uruguay, we felt it was the perfect moment to update the build so attendees and all of you can enjoy a more polished version of the game.
As we look ahead, our enthusiasm for Threads of Tomot only grows stronger. We’re actively searching for a publisher to help us take this project to the next level, and we’re planning for the next major patch to land sometime in Q1 of 2026. As our skills evolve, we’re committed to revisiting older art and refining the overall presentation so the game not only looks better but feels better to play. We’re also hoping to bring a dedicated sound designer onto the team to elevate the game’s atmosphere even further so if you know someone who might be interested, don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email. The journey ahead is exciting, and we’re grateful to have you with us.
