Playscii 0.9.14
PlaysciiA downloadable tool for Windows, macOS, and Linux
- properly support all numpad key input in numpad on vs off states; treat numpad arrow keys as interchangeable with navigation arrow keys
- make application a little better behaved when no art is loaded in art mode: don't draw or update status bar, don't acknowledge "swap fg/bg color" command, View menu shouldn't crash!
- documentation updates for recent 0.9.13 work: remove VAO support from sysreqs on main page, add brief mention of document flip commands to art mode page
- upgrade pyopengl to v3.1.4
