Big update brings major quality-of-life improvements for Kink Maker (On patreon early access)

-added workout outfit to buy at the Fashion shop
-added bench workout action at the gym to get +1 max stamina
-added treadmill workout action at the gym to get +1 max stamina
-added yoga workout action at the gym to get +1 max mana
-patreon code unlock all underwear outfit to all female (except Megan)
-patreon code give now +1 max wealth too
-patreon code give the outfit switcher too
-now all underwear male outfit/skin is already unlock
-lower the cost of meal cost from 3 to 2
-lower the cost of the Fortune mask from 4 to 3
-lower the cost of the Travel card from 4 to 3
-lower the cost of the Speed shoes from 6 to 5
-lower the cost of all female underwear outfit/skin from 2 to 1
