v0.4.8 hotfix

Wouldn’t be a release without a hotfix. ALEXAN2507 found a crash common enough that it warranted a hotfix plus any easy bugfixes I could bundle along with it in an afternoon.

• fix crash on downloading maps with no custom map folder ready
• witch pred logic only targets hostiles and cannot pick vorpal gun
• bouncing mine only triggers on flying units
• razor swarm + skyhammer salvo no longer count against whether you’ve eliminated the opfor, and are removed when their owner is destroyed
• remove seeking from ace missile launcher
• ghostweave doesn’t disable after landing, taking off, standing up, or jumping
• Isk CP only affects characters
• zone names don’t render on top of gear bar
• add a spinner for when the AI is thinking
• fix grapple not updating the grapple line fx
• update everest alt tokens with more npcs
