Unified Coloring matrix fully.

I fixed the font coloring problem with visustella. Place the coloring after visustella and it will work cofrect.
I fixed minor toggle issues and add cursor box pulsing which also is a cursor box dimmer. Stop the pulse at the level you wish the brightness at and it will persist that way.
