Hi, everyone. I had my pc back from fixing for a while and I have been trying to fix several errors in code mainly because I just can't seem to make the project work otherwise. I tried for a while sadly I can't seem to see why it doesn't work properly, despite updating to the most recent version of Unity (2022.3.62f3 LTS) used to create the game which has the exploit fix already built in.
I have some theories with some deprecated systems not working with the changes made to API over these years being the culprit but to fix it i would have to remake the game all over and sadly I have no time for it not it would make much sense.
It is sad but the only option right now is to leave a warning directing everyone to the fix that works directly on the EXE file of the game provided by Unity to ensure while not perfect, it is official by Unity and hopefully nothing bad happens: https://unity.com/security/sept-2025-01/remediation
Nobody has to apply the patch on their own, the last download available has the patch applied already. If to make sure you already applied the patch on your own, you should be fine.
In Addition because the Linux version was experimental and not tested, it has been removed to avoid any issue out of my control.
Sorry to everyone for the delay. Hopefully my next project will go more smoothly.
