OB-1.8.3 Hotfix

Little update with a few bug-fixes and improvements.

• Fixed the pause screen in 4 players' "party" mode. Now the game no longer freezes.
• Fixed a little error of asset placement on the multiplayer game end screen.
• Changed the mode that the game plays the various in-game songs.
• Fixed a bug related to controller vibration.
• Fixed a sound effect bug on the title screen.
