Birthday Updates

Some updates include;

• progression of points, NPC density, and NPC health as levels progress.
• Trying to improve the physics of weapons hitting the player.. This needs gutted I think.
• Scores are saved (top ten scores you play) and are display on the main screen
• Improved NPC placement (trying to miss bodies) on instantiation.
