Updated Evolpedal to version 12.1, with the following changes:
-Segment sizes are limited by total area, allowing for long, stick-like segments
-Joint Rotation is now a maximum limit, and each joint may have its own limit (as a gene) up to that maximum
-Joints are connected where they touch (plus the spacing) rather than in the middles (like pinwheels)
-Misc. stability and small bug fixes
