V_0.4.0 Released

V_0.4.0 of Tech Empire Tycoon is now released.

The update includes:

• Bug fixes and improvements
• 5 new businesses
• New prestige projects

I now consider the game content complete, I will be working on balancing before a full release within probably a month or two.
