Fixed bug where some actions weren't working

Fixed tooltip getting disabled

Fixed bug where action gets stuck on when switching characters with the stats page open

Added character major arcana abilities including:

• Justice - See the probability for drawing the needed cards in the remaining deck without including discard pile
• The Fool - After a failure, you have a 25% chance of success
• The Hermit - Resting increases health as well
• The Devil - Made mesmerizing character's exclusive to this card

Getting closer to a public demo, can't wait!
