This project started as a simple little tool. A way to help GMs dream up Blades scores without juggling half a dozen PDFs and loose tables.
Version 4 is where it grows up.
This isn’t an update. It’s a rebuild.
The ScoreForge Web App now runs on a new, more flexible engine that’s easier to navigate, easier to expand, and easier for the community to shape. And it brings something entirely new:
Six hand-crafted sub-locations filled with hazards, union politics, spectral machinery, contraband, and all the trouble that naturally gathers where rail, sea, and desperate workers meet. The Docks feel alive—grimy, industrial, and ready to spark a score the moment you touch it.
The Docks district with six distinct sub-areas
More flexible option selection across all districts
A blind-accessible overhaul of navigation and interaction
A new backend engineered for adding future districts quickly
Open invitation for community district creators
Blades thrives when the community shapes it. Version 4 is functional, atmospheric, and ready for tables… but it needs real-world testing.
If you can help, especially if you use a screen reader, your feedback will directly shape how accessible this tool becomes.
And if you’re a creator—someone who builds districts, tables, weird fiction, or trouble—I’d love to collaborate. The new system finally makes community-made districts practical.
