Update 0.2.9 (Codex Framework Complete!)

Greetings! this is the final major codex update, it’s been a lot of hard work but i’m so happy to see it done!:

• Tutorial Codex in settings menu that goes over combat essentials (Weapons, movement,QTE, status effects, etc…)
