Not much tangible progress this week but I've worked out all the changes needed for the UI overhaul. No idea how long the final version will take but the changes can be broken down easily into chunks so my plan is to have a test build out each month with one of those chunks done. Test builds should also have at least one new scene/event because I don't want to get burned out just editing code.
Another drawing this week, this time developing Emily's design a little and sharpening up my rendering/lighting workflow. The shadows on the face aren't quite right so I'll need to do some more practice there. I may end up skipping shading altogether in the actual game art or simplifying it a lot just to save time.
