v0.355, bug fixes, more swap group parameters

Version 0.355 is now available ! Here is the changelog :

Improvements :

• Swap Groups plugin command now have two more parameters : Erase Upper Layers and New Region Id

Bug Fixes :

• Fixed a crash on deployed projects on android/web "require is not a function"
• Fixed a crash  when using <necessaryForTiles> notetag
• Fixed a bug where Swap Groups plugin command would execute with a slight delay even if delay parameter is set to 0
