1. Moved dance button to top of list so that if you're spamming drinks you will hit dance when it appears.
2. Added tier five size eleven milking image.
3. Removed custom coffee amounts so you can't bypass the infinite money lockout.
4. Fixed income stats not being reset after giving birth.
Sadly, the in game updater still isn't working and I'm running out of bugs to test upload/downloads with.
