After significant bug fixing activity, it's time to create major launch event for gameapi-builder:
1) we fixed tons of minor issues in the tools. including
a) crashes, especially things like gpu 100% problems causing kernel to kill our software
b) progress bar flickering issues
c) windows path problems/spaces in the paths/executable locations etc
d) remdering issues, gltf standard rendering improvements
e) new features, including decimate
f) deploy problems/problems in windows std::ios::binary usage
g) zip file usage is more consistent
h) drag and drop support / no longer needs to type urls manually
i) builder works (thanks to drag&drop) in local machine without net connections/web server access
j) and the release has been verified to work in all supported platforms
