1.4 bugfixes & cameo pack

Bugsfixes & Additions 

• added more effects to the character portrait
• tweaked pass entry so you can no longer fat finger in more than 4 characters
• removed flashing colors from ending
• added in new background "log" visualizer
• installed new tracker setup system; this means trackers may appear SLIGHTLY out of order. I am working to fine tune this

Added 2 new cameo codes:

• pico
