v2 Corrections

This update puts credits and social media contact info back onto the front of the card. I had turned those elements off to export some cover images, and neglected to turn them back on when exporting v2 of the PDF.

There have been several rapid-fire corrections to these files, and I honestly feel rather silly about all the mistakes I've let slip through. I really need to stop making corrections so late at night. This will hopefully be the last update on HUNGER for a long time.
