Revert to keeping aspect ratio

I experimentally had aspect ratio ignored to use all the monitors display space, regardless of the resolution, but I have to solve a problem with mouse handling then. The shooting direction is off. So I reverted it to keeping aspect ration until I fixed that. You have to live with letterbox until then.
