Bug Fixes and Optimisation

More bug fixes including:

• Visual bug fixes with some character portraits and settings menu
• Dialogue now pauses when in the pause menu
• 'Easy to Read' option updates straight away instead of when a new character talks
• Other glitches with pause timing
• A crap ton of optimisation

Also the character portraits animations are now a higher quality!
