- Implemented stripping of unwanted control characters from `.ini` files when saving.
- Fixed server countdown sometimes continuing if server is closed during the countdown.
- Prevented some situations where an update could be started while the server is running.
- Made Rcon Commands list editable (Menu item: `Tools → Edit Rcon Commands`).
- Rcon Client: Fixed bug where UI was disabled after a failed connection attempt.
- Fixed bug in multi-server actions (start/stop/kill/update all functions).
- Updated Scheduled Messages Editor to not save messages until Confirm button is clicked.
- Improved countdown timer handling.
- Fixed a bug with data restore for `Game.ini` and `GameUserSettings.ini`.
- Improved shutdown message handling and dialog layout.
- Implemented fix for orphaned `conhost.exe` Arkasm child instances.
- Fixed some bugs with the data restore system.

## Known Issues
- Closing a server window immediately after launching it leaves the Start button disabled and requires restarting Arkasm.
