Patch 2.1 Release

This small patch includes:

• Fixes the timer resetting when all lives are lost
• Fixes the timer resetting when restarting a stage
  
• Fixes the no deaths/no continues stars being obtainable when using the reset stage button
• Fixes certain stars being obtainable when the requirements are not met
