Alpha 2.2.3 Patch Notes

Here are the patch notes for Alpha 2.2.3. 

• Fixed an issue where 1280×600 would appear as an available resolution in the options menu despite being problematic for the game's UI.
• Fixed an issue where the scrollbar and handle for the Resolution Dropdown and Volume Slider respectively would display a little too big or small.
• Fixed an issue where scrolling in the Resolution Dropdown with the mouse wheel was slow enough to not be worth trying.
• Added a script to prevent the player from clicking & dragging the content in the Resolution Dropdown to scroll.
• Tweaked the car's speed and steering to make it easier to control.
