Small Patch 3

Small patch to fix some bugs:

• Play As Bjoi mode, when eating a special type of mushroom the camera would behave very poorly, rarely showing the actual bjoi on the screen. Was related to a bugfix that was poorly conceptualised, pretty easy to fix once found.,
• When travelling to a new biome via Teleportation in PAB, the demo timer window would crash the game, as it was trying to put itself on the freshly-destroyed windows list. I just made it wait until the list was in existence before trying to place itself on there. One would question why it didn't do that in the first place...
