Prototype v3.1 hotfix
Some day 1 changes I've made.
Balance changes:
- Player - Free-falling drag reduced
- Fighter_Gungine - Bullet trail's lifetime increased to 10 seconds (was 6 seconds)
Bugfixes:
- Border and water collider thickness doubled to prevent player from leaving out of bounds with Turbo engine
- Most of the player's projectiles, except for the sawblade, are no longer slowed while inside an enemy's hitbox
