Alpha 1.03 released

Patch notes:

• Added a new Day 1 with a more gradual tutorials. 
• Demerits now tell you what you did wrong, i.e. which sentence you should or should not have censored. 
• Added an escape menu to exit the game. 
• Tweaked and improved numerous documents
