Here is a summary of the improvements made in October:
Added a health system.
The player can now get sick after drinking unsafe water.
Contaminated water sources contain pathogens, making clean water important for survival.
Added a new mulberry tree, which provides berries that can be eaten.
Improved the distribution of vegetation with wetter grasslands and tree clusters.
Added smoother transitions between sub-biomes to reduce visual repetition.
Added the ability to craft woven baskets from plant fibers.
Baskets can now hold water and visually display their fill level.
Crafting now supports the use of nearby items, not only those in hand.
Cancelling a construction now returns materials instead of losing them.
Trees can now be harvested for branches, and their visuals update once branches are removed.
Added quick actions (press E) for picking up, drinking, or harvesting.
Improved lighting transitions based on time of day and weather.
Adjusted menus and icons for clearer readability.
Fixed several sorting and display issues with objects.
Improved chunk loading and unloading performance.
Enhanced the save system for flora, objects, and campfire fuel.
