RavenWoods - Demo beta launch

RavenWoods
A downloadable game for Windows

Devlog #1 – The Woods Are Real Now

It’s finally happening — after nearly a year of quiet work, late nights, and far too much coffee, RavenWoods is alive in the wild.

I started this project with one simple idea: bring back the feeling of old-school survival horror — grounded, slow, unsettling — and give it a modern edge.
What began as a few empty rooms and a broken flashlight has grown into a full, playable demo: a story about a man who crashes his car deep in the woods and finds himself trapped in a decaying manor run by a cult that shouldn’t exist.

The demo focuses on exploration, puzzles, and atmosphere — the kind of dread that comes from silence and implication more than jump scares.
Every sound in the distance, every locked door, every scrap of writing… it all hints at something much larger waiting in the dark.

I’m excited (and slightly terrified) to finally share this world.
The build available now is still early — a work in progress — but it’s the first real glimpse into what RavenWoods is becoming.

If you play it, let me know what you think. Your feedback matters more than you think; it shapes how this game grows.
There’s a lot more to build, and the manor’s secrets run deep.

Thanks for being here at the start of it.
