Cute Fantasy UI Update #2: Book UI and more!

Second update to Cute Fantasy UI comes with new hand drawn book UI, and new frames, icons and more!

Whats new?

• Book UI - two paper colors and multiple book cover colors.
• Frames - 13 new frames and over 100 recolors for variety.
• Button and icon outlines - 2 colors.
• A bunch of new icons (check them out yourself).
• More colors of cursors.
• Remade Sliders to make them resize easier.
• New 5x9 font in ttf file.
• Cut button icons for more flexibility.
• Bookmarks in many different colors.
