HTML5 version 0.3.0 is here for testing

Hello BrowserPlayers,

here is the new and hopefully more stable HTML5 version of the game.

It would be very nice, if you could give me feedback if it is stable or not.

I used some different compile to WASM options of the love.js exporter.
