Version 12.3 - Halloween 2025
Hi everyone!
These last two weeks have been a bit of a trip behind the scenes. My game compressor seems to have fallen off the face of the Earth, so I've had to figure out how to create/manage the compressed versions of Daybreak Nightbreak. Sorry for the delay of getting everything together, but this week's update will continue the updated versions of the mobile and compressed game.
Note: You may notice that the compressed and mobile versions of Daybreak Nightbreak are substantially larger than they used to be. I'd like the overall picture quality of the game to still be solid, while staying under that critical 2GB size. While I still can, I'd like the image quality to stay as high as possible, but do let me know if I should bring the quality down to keep down the general file size.
Now, onto the new content, we're having our Halloween event for the year! It's another spooky story with Sarah, so go give her a chat when you'd like to participate (Just make sure Azalia is around before you do so!). I went for a slightly different and a bit more linear approach to this year's section, but do let me know if you'd prefer the older, more open-ended event from last year. This also obviously comes with a new scene and costume!
I would have gone for two stories, but all of that compression business bogged down my dev time :/

There's also a fun new section in your computer! If you look in the "pictures" folder, you'll see a new folder made for fan art! Any fan art I like will be displayed in there for all to see, with due credit of course! There's already 4 beautiful images in there now (by my lovely girlfriend), so feel free to take a look!
