1st bug fix Update: 1. Fixed Condor build. 2. Fixed the fact that ships don't appear in faction territories. 3. Decreased chance of meeting Delta and Hecate trade fleets. 4. increased cost of local occupants leaving you alone and removed "No one is in this system."
