R6.02 Update 4 released!

• Updated to .NET 10 Release Candidate 2 (alongside the dependencies), improving performance and reliability.
• [Bootstrap and Cook Tool addon plugin] Added support for Windows tablets and 2in1s.
  • This is mostly relevant for RPG Maker MZ, as it has improved touch controls.
• [Cook Tool Addon plugin] Re-worked the plugin:
  • The main executable checks will work when the game is compiled.
  • Added methods to the plugin that check the flags.
• Simplified the AV1 hardware encoding setting.
  • Note that this is still experimental.

UPDATE: The update was re-issued, to fix an error with patching the cook tool add on plugin.
