Refactoring Pass

Implementing full enemy behaviour required a substantial refactor of the movement and shot code, but this is now complete, allowing work on the actual enemy design to continue.

The design now has operational Turrets, tanks, Zako, Midbosses, Bosses, and allows for enemies to have segmented/multipart designs
