Another patch version for the Theralite Demo

We got some valuable feedback from players and decided to fix the most urgent crashes or feature requests and update our demo version of the game.

We added an in-game help dialogue which you can open by pressing F1 while in the game.

Additionally we fixed several bugs:

• an error could occur while choosing a random crate content during level creation leading the game to crash
• sometimes an enemy could be attacked while already dead leading the game to crash,
• in some situations the follower NPC did not start to follow you in a quest but kept standing still
