Version 0.03

Version 0.03 is now rolled out.

Changelog:

• Added a new upgrade (bubbles per spawn click)
• Moved saving and loading to local storage instead of cookies
• Add confirmation to "hard reset" button
• Bubbles with maximum value don't attract each other anymore to (often) prevent them from merging
• Safari as a browser seems to work fine now
• Fix some minor issues
