A day... of a day... of another day... of a continuous chain of days...

Yes, today is definitely "a day".

Remember how I have a habit of procrastinating during game development? Well... today I wasn't procrastinating at all! In fact, right now I'm excited about making Space Avenue! However, what I was really procrastinating about...

Was writing today's devlog, because I was going to come here and write...

"◇ Day 20 of Demo 4 Production◇"

And describe what I was doing... And...

Today I just don't feel like doing that. And that's okay, because this isn't a developer's devlog...

It's a person's devlog. 

Yes, even though I call you human beings, I'm not a robot (yes, big reveal), but a person just like you. And sometimes people just don't have the drive to do something, even if that something is their passion. It's something natural and that many developers shouldn't be afraid to express. After all, the essence of any art is its humanity, and is there anything more human than feeling discouraged?

"And why do you say that in a devlog?" You ask...

Well...

Because this isn't "a devlog".

It's "my devlog".

And that's how "I" work.

This is more than a documentation of the Be Cube creation process; it's a documentation of my mind! Of everything I've learned over the past few years!

I know this won't please everyone, and that's okay! I don't need to please everyone; the world is already full of people who want to please everyone; I don't need to be just one more on the list. What I want to do here is simply share a bit of my crazy, chaotic mind and maybe bring a smile to your face. It's who I am, and it's what all my projects are, including this devlog!

So, I think this production day will be forgotten in the timeline, because I won't document today's development process. However, the thoughts I had today have just been documented. 

And that's enough.
