Major update, mostly graphics related
- Fixed self shadow bug with mesh objects
- Fixed specular lighting bug
- Added steam particle effect/hazard
- Upgraded diffuse lighting to Burley model

- Flying debris can now damage enemy and explode barrels
- Added player weapon to ray tracing pipeline
- Added weapons/keycards/pickups and barrels to physics system.
