v1.3.1 Released!

I know updates have been cancelled, but that's major updates... This is a bugfix/general improvement update.

Changes:

• Fixed glitchy music tracks
• Improved some music tracks
• Changed some main menu options
• Forbidden tiles will be switched to replacement tiles
• Removed unused content

Bugfixes:

• Fixed grass growing when in the Utility Menu
• Fixed tone generator volume glitch
