New features I'd like to implement during Devtober

Here is my list of features that I would like to implement over the next two weeks as part of Devtober Jam

  • Adding the chance of finding keys when scouting.
    • The keys found can be used to open houses and cars.
  • Implement progressive zombie strength (increase max attack/hp day by day)
  • Getting more when crafting tapes (not just one)
  • Add “acorn porridge” recipe (and maybe some more)
  • Always having weapons at hand in fights
  • “Last use” hint when weapon durability is down to 1
  • Improve the card stack once more
  • Alternatively luring zombies with items instead of wasting energy
  • Make barricades functional (atm the crafted card acts only as a placeholder)
  • A first companion 🐶.
    • Doggy supports the player in the fight against zombies.
    • If injured, he can be healed with food.

Implementing all these new features and improvements in the coming two weeks is quite optimistic, so let's see how much I can actually get done.
