Finally, the meat and potatoes of the app: Reindexing! This is the biggest feature I wanted for my program. ID Search is great - it helps me keep track of where switches, variables, and everything are located! But Reindexing is chef's kiss. Now I don't have to worry about committing to a certain structure for my id-based items. Whenever I make a switch for something, I get so stressed out. "Omg this switch isn't with the other switches that are like it" - like, a dungeon, for example. I want all of those dungeon-related switches to be together. Now I can just add switches to whatever, and then move them later! Relief!
I think my version of database cleanup is a lot easier to use than the current database cleanup dlc on Steam.
This version also came with a lot more things to search: maps, tilesets, animations, and "types" - equipment types, weapon types, elements, etc. I don't know why I didn't include them in 1.0 but whatever, they're here now!
I am technically calling this release a "beta" because I didn't have a ton of playtesters, but I'm pretty confident it works as intended. Still, if anything is weird, please let me know. There's a backup system involved so it shouldn't be a problem.
I'm working on version 1.1.1 that has a few more simple features, like previewing changes before hitting Apply. I still have a lot more plans. I want to add ctrl and shift support to the drag-and-drop menu. And groups and colors and all that. Excited to see where this takes me!
