Beta 0.9.13

I don't know if this will be the final beta or not, but I feel like we're getting pretty close! There's only one major update in this release:

• FIX: If you attacked Vlad (or Raven) while they had nowhere to step away from you (due to being blocked by walls and/or other enemies) they would end up walking over the player. This didn't affect anything (though amusingly an enemy can't attack anything in the same space as it since it doesn't even bother to check that space), but it was wrong and weird. That's fixed now.

I also reformatted the Credits & Thanks if you're interested, though that's a pretty minor change. Testers can also see their names in there now.
