Added auto-build queue feature, This fills automatically colony queue to reasonable development orders.
Added auto-rebuild feature, previously destroyed buildings are automatically rebuilt with this option.
The tech level are not tied to ship designs, now every ship is produced with the latest tech level modules. Retrofit a ship to the same ship design to update an already built ship modules.
UI size adjustment setting.
Right-click queue elements to remove.
Small balance changes.
This update breaks savegames.
