LR:ETG Alpha Build 8

Couple fixes...

• Teleport to the spot where you left the main world after leaving a dungeon. You can now exit "the cave"  if you turn around and "walk into the light" or the old portal. If you leave the Newbie Dungeon, you appear outside the Newbie Dungeon entrance on the main world.
• Fixed spell decals so they show on top of grass. Yay.
• Fiddled with grass and foliage a bit more.
