Updated effect settings mechanics for effects and particles

New Shader Animation:

Animate shader effects automatically! Use the "+" button to set keyframes on the graph. Values will interpolate between frames in real-time.

New Particle Shaders:

Added two new shader options. The particle loop auto-adapts to your frame count for seamless animations.
