Oct 7 - Nov Art Update Pt.2

This update was adding the exterior school backgrounds and finishing up the clean-up/update of the rest of the scheduler animations. I also added a simple background for if the player passes or fails an interview. This ends the November section. Tomorrow I'll move on to the December section which should probably only take me a day.

For the rest of the day, I'll be resting because I haven't rested since the beginning of the Spooktober game jam.
