CHANGE LOG

• Added waterfront area to Downtown level
• Added breakable fences
• Added sideways bailing animations
• Improved garbage truck model
• Added garbage truck audio
• Fixed recovery animation tipping over bug

Finally mustered up the motivation to confront the lackluster downtown level. It still needs a lot of work but is starting to come together and feel like the space I am imagining it to be. Have fun pounding out some grinds at the waterfront! With this update also comes numerous small improvements and fixes. Hang loose out there, stunt masters 😎🤙
