Patch beta0.6582 - online hit registration improvements

• Tuned online sync settings to improve defender side hit registration. so visually land attacks on your side occur more reliably
• online syncing is also tied to performance so if you PC struggles to run 4 or 3 player loobbies I reccommend playing 1v1 for the best experience
• fixed UI for warning panels so they don't cover your health bar and match timer
• fixed team battle ui so that your team mates don't show up as enemies on the team health displays
